In order to efficiently resolve issues as they occur, Olympus has a large nationwide network of local field service engineers (FSEs). These FSEs provide timely on-site solutions for issues not resolved through the TAC hotline. This dedicated hands-on service is provided in full support of the EndoWorks software maintenance agreement. |
